(BANG) - Britney Spears' estranged husband Kevin Federline is reportedly threatening to sell a homemade sex tape of the pair unless he receives $35 million and custody of their children.

Kevin has allegedly vowed to sell the explicit four-hour video unless Britney agrees to his demands.

A source told Britain's News of the World newspaper: "It makes Paris Hilton's homemade video look like a Disney cartoon. This footage is dynamite and Kevin knows it.

"He has told Britney she must comply with his demands otherwise the whole world will see her having sex."

A film company in Arizona has already allegedly offered Kevin $56 million to show the video online.

The 'Toxic' singer is reportedly terrified the X-rated footage will destroy her career and see her lose her sons Sean Preston, one, and two-month-old Jayden James.

Kevin, 28, has told friends the tape shows footage of Britney performing a number of explicit sexual acts.

The tape was allegedly made in the first two weeks of their relationship in Los Angeles' Beverly Hills Hotel.

The source added: "They were in the honeymoon stages of their relationship and did nothing all day but have sex and play chess. Britney didn't think twice about making the video, she believed their love would last."

Britney has reportedly contacted her lawyers to see if she can stop Kevin selling the video, but because the tape belongs to him he owns the copyright.

The 24-year-old is said to have filed for divorce after finding Kevin in a New York hotel room with another woman.

Kevin is entitled to around $4 million and half of the money from the sale of their $15 million Santa Barbara home according to the couple's prenuptial agreement.

A brief homemade sex tape allegedly featuring Britney Spears was leaked onto the internet last week.

The 19-second clip shows a woman with dark hair, bearing a striking resemblance to Britney, performing oral sex on a man rumoured to be Kevin.

The footage, posted by a user only identified as "Stripper", appeared on adult video-sharing website PornoTube.
