Shawn Michaels stellte nun in einem Interview klar, dass sowohl er als auch Triple H gegen das Nekrophilie-Angle waren, welches ja Vince McMahons Idee war. Triple H hat wegen dieser Storyline auch in eine sehr schwierigen Position gestanden, da er im Grunde die Hauptperson dieses Angles war. Triple H habe nur das getan, was Shawn selbst vor einigen Jahren getan hat den Wunsch Vince McMahons trotz der Abneigung befolgt.
