Hector Lombard positiv getestet bei UFC 182
Die UFC hat es nicht angekuendigt, als man MacDonald vs Lombard cancelte, aber nun wurde bekannt warum dieser Fight gecancelt wurde. Hector Lombard wurde bei UFC 182 positiv getestet, womit er der zweite Fighter von UFC 182 ist der positiv getestet wurde. Lombard`s Sieg gegen Josh Burkman koennte auch noch zu einem No Contest erklaert werden. Eine Moegliche Strafe steht noch nicht fest. Finde es Erwaehnenswert das die UFC die Ankuendigung macht das ein Fight gecancelt wird, und den Grund nicht gleich mit nennt.
UFC Statement zu Hector Lombard - Nefercheperur - 12.02.2015
Folgendes Statement gab die UFC zu Hector Lombard bekannt.
Zitat:“The UFC has been notified by the Nevada State Athletic Commission that UFC welterweight Hector Lombard has tested positive for a banned substance following his fight at UFC 182: Jones vs. Cormier on Jan. 3, 2015 in Las Vegas, Nev. The UFC has a strict, consistent policy against the use of any illegal and/or performance enhancing drugs, stimulants or masking agents by our athletes. As a result of his positive test, Lombard has been informed that he has violated the UFC Fighter Conduct Policy and Promotional Agreement with Zuffa, LLC. The UFC will cooperate with the commission on the matter and fully supports Lombard’s right to a due process hearing before the commission.”
