Direkt ein paar zu Beginn: Champagne for my real friends, and real pain for my sham friends. (Monty Brogan (Edward Norton) in 25th Hour) Frank Slaughtery: You kissed your student? What are you, R Kelly? Frank Slaughtery: I’m Irish, I don’t get drunk! (beide ebenfalls 25th Hour) "The Humans, I think, knew they were doomed. But where another race would surrender to despair, the Humans fought back with even greater strength. They made the Minbari fight for every inch of space. In my life, I have never seen anything like it. They would weep. They would pray. They would say goodbye to their loved ones and then throw themselves without fear or hesitation at the very face of death itself. Never surrendering. No one who saw them fighting against the inevitable, could help but be moved to tears by their courage, their stubborn nobility. When they ran out of ships, they used guns. When they ran out of guns, they used knives and sticks and bare hands. They were magnificent! I only hope, when it is my time, that I may die with half as much dignity as I saw in their eyes at the end. They did this for two years. They never ran out of courage. But in the end, they ran out of time."(Babylon 5 - In the Beginning) - RDLA - 08.01.2004 Hab moch ein paar: ;) If you lie all the time, no-one is going to believe you even when you're telling the truth. - Are you sure that is the point, Doctor? - Of course; what else would it be? - Never tell the same lie twice. Bashir and Garak about the story about the boy who cried 'Wolf!', in DS9 "Improbable Cause." The truth is usually just an excuse for a lack of imagination. Garak, in DS9 "Improbable Cause", You'd shoot a man in the back?! - It's the safest way, isn't it? Odo and Garak, in DS9 "A Call to Arms" "Because lying is a skill like any other, and if you want to maintain a level of excellence you have to practice constantly." Kleine Kinder. Väter mit Kindern. Krebs. Hirnkrebs. Leberkrebs. Brustkrebs. Es ist immer das Gleiche. Gnadenlos frisst er uns auf, zerstört uns. Genau wie die Zeit. (Dr. Romano) Patientin: "Ich habe einen eingewachsenen Zehennagel!" Da bediene ich mich auch immer mal gern ;) - White Unicorn - 09.01.2004 Roxette - Fading like a flower In a time where the sun descends alone, I ran a long long way from home to find a heart that's made of stone. I will try, I just need a little time to get your face right out of my mind, to see the world through different eyes. Every time I see you oh I try to hide away but when we meet it seems I can't let go. Every time you leave the room I feel I'm fading like a flower. Tell me why? when I scream there's no reply, when I reach out there's nothing to find, when I sleep I break down and cry. Every time I see you oh I try to hide away but when we meet it seems I can't let go. Every time you leave the room I feel I'm fading like a flower. Fading like a rose, Fading like a rose, beaten by the storm, talking to myself, getting washed by the rain, it's such a cold cold town.
