Rating Thread 2012 (RAW & SmackDown!)

In the segment breakdown, Santino Marella & Brodus Clay vs. Dolph Ziggler & Jack Swagger lost 99,000 viewers from the opener. A backstage segment with John Laurinaitis, The Miz and John Cena plus Santino looking for The Three Stooges and R-Truth vs. Cody Rhodes gained 255,000 viewers. Lord Tensai vs. Yoshi Tatsu lost 415,000 viewers.

The segment between CM Punk and Chris Jericho at 10pm gained 379,000 viewers for a 3.19 quarter rating. Punk vs. Mark Henry and the post-match angle with Chris Jericho giving a beer bath to Punk as well as the Alberto Del Rio vs. Zack Ryder lost 169,000 viewers. The segment with The Three Stooges lost 240,000 viewers and was the low point of the show at a 2.90 quarter rating.

The backstage interview with Brock Lesnar gained 423,000 viewers. The main event with John Cena vs. David Otunga and the Lesnar run-in gained 301,000 viewers. This is considered a weak overrun rating at a 3.42

Ist schon stark, aber letztes Jahr war das noch das Gesamtrating. Freudenssprünge kann WWE also nicht machen. ;) Nächste Woche erwarte ich mir etwas vom Rating, ein Rückgang wäre sehr enttäuschend!

In der Tat sehr enttäuschend, wenn es so war. Nach dem Impact von Lesnars Rückkehr hatten sich die Verantwortlichen sicherlich mehr erwartet, so auch ich.

Geschieht der WWE nur recht. Sie haben einfach nicht gelernt, dass es die Zuschauer verwirrt, wenn man SmackDown! dreimal freitags ausstrahlt und dann auf einmal wieder dienstags. Und viel Werbung bei RAW gabs jetzt auch nicht, bis auf 2 Einblendungen. Von daher nicht wirklich überraschend das Rating. Freitag ist einfach das wahre Zuhause der blauen Show, die Ratings sprechen eine deutliche Sprache!!

- Die Wiederholung von SmackDown! am Freitag erreichte ein höheres Rating sowie eine höhere Zuschauerzahl als am Dienstag!!

-- Last Friday's SmackDown replay garnered a 1.52 cable rating, outdrawing the program's live broadcast on Tuesday. The live show did a 1.50. Friday's airing garnered 2,300,000 viewers, topping the live show's viewership of 2,250,000. Friday's replay also topped the previous live SmackDown replay on February 20, which averaged 2,240,000 viewers.

Live-SmackDown! suckt sowieso.

The April 16, 2012 episode of WWE Monday Night Raw drew a 3.1 cable rating, averaging 4.34 million viewers. The first hour drew a 3.05 and hour number two drew a 3.11. This is up slightly from last week's show that drew a 3.1 cable rating, averaging 4.29 million viewers.
