Zitat:OK, I've had two major knee surgeries so I would like to think I'm a little bit knowledgeable on this.
Both of his injuries to the knee, both vs Kane and Joe are stabilization injuries.
The injury vs Kane was much more severe on the surface than this one. That was a plant and buckle, which means something has obviously torn and it never turns out well. The only injury that could have been worse would have been had he suffered a complete buckle and dislocation.
His injury vs Joe, and the video isn't all that great of his plant, but it's a partial plant and twist. From the limited footage that's out there I see the toe touch and a radial turn of his knee. Most of the time that's a meniscus injury, annoying and it sucks, but it's something that with a tight rehab schedule he could maybe do a mania match.
Due to the fact that it is the same knee that was previously injured should be a major cause for concern. When you have ligaments repaired in your knee they deliberately make them tighter than normal because they will loosen up over time naturally (My doctor Edward Wojtys at the University of Michigan said it happens in 6-8 months and this is when you must be most careful for reinjury).
With the radial turn in the previously injured right knee the only way to really know what's going on is to have an MRI done, which is what the exam will be.
In both cases I don't think that it's fair to blame the other guy (Kane and Joe) for the injury. Both were plant issues that unfortunately happen in competitive athletics.
