ROH gab heute bekannt das die Show am 29.11.03 in Woburn, MA von einem No Rope Barbed Wire Match geheadlined wird,zwischen Steve Corino und Homicide.Dieses Match wird das Remacht sein vom 16.8.03 aus Fairfield, CT.Gleichzeitig wird der Event nicht in Wakefield, MA sondern in Woburn, MA stattfinden.

Ring Of Honor In Woburn, MA On 11/29- Corino vs. Homicide No Rope Barbed Wire Match

PHILADELPHIA- Ring Of Honor has been forced the change the site of its 11/29/03 event to the Kennedy Middle School on 34 Middle Street in Woburn, MA with a zip code of 01801. Tickets on sale now at Ticketmaster, RFVideo.com or by calling 215-891-9404.

All tickets sold for the 11/29 Wakefield event will be honored in Woburn. If you have purchased tickets and cannot make it due to the venue change please email Feinsteind@aol.com or call 215-891-9404.

The most violent main event in ROH history has been signed for 11/29 in Woburn. The hatred will erupt one more time as it will be HOMICIDE vs. STEVE CORINO in a NO ROPE BARBED WIRE MATCH!!!

Normally, ROH would never promote a no rope barbed wire match but the hatred is so extreme between Corino and Homicide that this kind of match is the only way to settle this intense blood feud.

Anyone who has seen the 8/16 "Bitter Friends, Stiffer Enemies" event witnessed one of the most brutal bouts in ROH history as Homicide defeated Steve Corino in a bloodbath match of the year candidate. The struggle saw Corino lose hearing in his left ear. Corino tried to get revenge by attacking Homicide on 11/1 in Elizabeth, NJ. They have fought backstage in Japan, they have maimed each other in the United States, now they will finish things on 11/29 in what could be the only no rope barbed wire match in ROH history.

Also signed for this huge show are two title matches as Samoa Joe defends the [lexicon]ROH world title[/lexicon] vs. [lexicon]AJ Styles[/lexicon] and if Jay & Mark Briscoe retain the tag titles on 11/28 in Fairfield, CT they will defend them vs. Chris [lexicon]Daniels[/lexicon] & Dan Maff with Allison Danger in Woburn. Plus, there will be a gauntlet series with Colt Cabana, BJ Whitmer and Matt Stryker already announced and more to be added. It will be Boston vs. NYC as John Walters takes on Xavier plus more matches will be signed next week.

Find ich (auch als großer ROH-Fan) affig. Barbed Wire etc sind die Stile der Garbage Ligen (CZW, BJPW, MAW, teils IWA-MS), und wieso packt ROH so einen Kampf aus? ROH stand für mich immer fßür das klassische, traditionelle Wrestling, keine blutigen Schlachten. Ich finde, da Homicide ja eh bei der CZW ebenfalls antritt, hätten die Corino für den einen Kampf rüberschicken können

ROH macht zurzeit schon manch komische Sachen ich finde Barbed Wire Matches passen ueberhaupt nicht zu ihnen.Naja mal schauen.

Aber Barbed Wire Matches sind keinesfalls nur in garbage Promotions vertretten siehe FMW,IWA usw.

Wobei ROH schon längere Zeit auch immer wieder Garbage bzw. Hardcoreelemente einstreut und schon lange nicht mehr nur reines Wrestling zeigt. Und irgendwann wird sogar einmal auch nur technishces Wrestling langweilig. Ich erinner mich da nur an Road to the Title. Als ich im letzten Match eine Einrollsequenz zum dritten Mal (oder noch öfter) sah, war ich echt nah am Gähnen. Von daher halte ich den Weg noch nichteinmal für zu verkehrt. Dazu hat man mit Homicide und Corino auch noch die richtigen Leute für ein derartiges Match.

Corino hat schon einige dieser Matches bestritten und Homicide ist auch sicherlich nicht der falsche.

Aber trotzdem ist ein No Rope Barbed Wire Match schon etwas anderes wie die sonstigen hardcore Matches die man bei ROH sah ;) .

Schon klar, dass sich dies noch von den vorherigen ROH Hardcore Matches abhebt. Aber man muss sich eben mit der zeit steigern. ;)

und wo wird das enden ;) Nachher ist ROH schlimmer als die FMW und IWA zusammen.
Die haetten lieber Homicide und Corino vs Teddy Hart in einem Shoot Time Bomb No Rope exploding Ring Match stecken sollen.Das waere genial geworden

Aber solange man nur einmal im Jahr sowas bringt ist es okay,aber ROh wird es wieder uebertreiben ;)
