Salt Lake City usually draws a really good/hot crowd for live events, which surprises me there aren't more televised shows here. But, with no John Cena, and being a Sunday in Utah, the arena seemed empty and dead.

They had a new ring announcer who seemed to be there for her looks. I don't think I've seen her before and she seemed really nervous. She had to read from a card the whole time and she seemed scared of the guy sitting behind her who yelled the entire show. The guy was trying all night to give someone his driver's license to go take to the Nexus so they could come to his house and fight. Yeah, there were some real winners in attendance.


(1) WWE tag champions Cody Rhodes & Drew McIntyre beat Santino & Koslov to retain the WWE Tag Titles. Cody Rhodes got on the mic after everyone started chanting, "You suck," and said that it was impossible for him to suck because he wasn't from Salt Lake City. Santino then took the mic and congratulated them on being the best gay couple in the world. Solid opening match. McIntyre worked the crowd really well, as did Santino. McIntyre eventually picked up the win with his finishing move on Santino.

(2) Alberto Del Rio beat MVP. Beforehand, both cut solid promos on each other before Del Rio decided it wasn't worth his time to wrestle. He started heading to the back, but MVP got on the mic again and eventually convinced Del Rio to come back to the ring. The match was okay for the most part, and Del Rio ended up getting the win.

The Bellas came out next to find a special guest ring announcer. The trivia question required naming the next PPV and the first person responded with Bragging Rights.

(3) John Morrison & R-Truth beat Nexus (Heath Slater & David Otunga w/Justin Gabriel). Before the match started, we got a message from the General Manager ordering a dance contest between the two teams. In all honesty, Nexus put on an amazing performance and deserved the win, but the crowd sided with Morrison and Truth. As for the match, Morrison won with Starship Pain.

(4) Sheamus beat Mark Henry in the most forgettable match of the decade.

(5) Edge beat Jack Swagger (w/Eagle mascot). I don't know if it has been mentioned or speculated at all or if it even matters, but I was on the front row and could see right through the mascot's mouth and I'm 99 percent positive it was Jamie Noble under there. I even saw him after the show. He could have been playing the role just for the house show, though. Edge won after spearing the mascot and Jack Swagger.


(6) Layla (w/Unified Divas champion Michelle McCool) beat Melina. The only thing worth noting about this match was Layla's nipples were rock hard the entire time. It was too obvious not to notice even if you weren't trying. She picked up the win in about ten minutes.

(7) WWE champion Randy Orton beat Wade Barrett to retain the WWE Title. Great match. I was impressed with both of them. Lots of back and forth action, and they spent a lot of time fighting outside the ring. The rest of the Nexus stormed down the ring, but Orton got the best of all of them. Barrett then tried to hit the Wasteland slam, but Orton reversed it into an RKO for the win.

Afterward, Orton screamed out the WWE security guard, but, unfortunately, I couldn't understand what he was mad about. The WWE security guard went over and talked to a few arena security guards, but again I am not sure what it was all about.


(8 ) World Hvt. champion Kane beat The Undertaker in a steel cage match to retain the World Hvt. Title. Solid main event, as both put on a great match. I was enjoying every minute of the match until Jack Swagger, for no apparent reason, ran into the cage and beat down Taker while Kane escaped to win.

Afterward, Swagger gloated by running around the ring, then Taker suddenly got up and chokeslammed Swagger. I was a little surprised he didn't do one Tombstone. Taker then did his signature pose in the middle of the ring to send the crowd home happy.

Overall, I thought it was a really fun show, but I'm still impatiently waiting for Salt Lake to get its first PPV someday. Or at least a televised event.

Am 07. Oktober 2010 kamen insgesamt 12.000 Zuschauer zur SmackDown! Houseshow nach Monterrey, Mexiko. Die Einnahmen betrugen $ 516,000.

Am 08. Oktober 2010 gastierte der SmackDown! Brand für eine Houseshow in Mexiko City, Mexiko. Auch hier waren 12.000 Fans anwesend, die Einnahmen lagen bei $ 527,000.

Am 08. Oktober 2010 war der RAW Brand in Anaheim, Kalifornien zu Gast. 4.000 Menschen waren anwesend. Einnahmen: $ 155,000.

Am 09. Oktober 2010 hielt der SmackDown! Brand eine Houseshow in Mexiko City, Mexiko ab, zu welcher 14.000 Menschen kamen. Die Einnahmen betrugen insgesamt $ 574,000.

Der RAW Brand gastierte am 09. Oktober 2010 in Stockton, im US Bundesstaat Kalifornien. 4.000 Menschen kamen zur Show, was der WWE Einnahmen in Höhe von $ 113,000 bescherte.

Am 10. Oktober 2010 hielt SmackDown! eine Houseshow in Guadalajara, Mexiko ab. Hier konnte man 6.800 Zuschauer verbuchen - Einnahmen: $ 330,000.

Am 10. Oktober 2010 kamen 4.100 Menschen zur RAW Houseshow nach Yakima, Washington. Die Tickets spielten $ 100,000 in die Kassen ein.

Am 15. Oktober 2010 gastierte die A-Show für eine Houseshow in Spokane, Washington, zu der insgesamt 4.000 Fans kamen. Die Einnahmen lagen bei $ 120,000.

Am 16. Oktober 2010 hielt WWE eine Supershow in Denver, Colorado ab. 6.500 Zuschauer waren anwesend - Einnahmen: $ 185,000.

Eine weitere Supershow hielt WWE am 16. Oktober in Kennewick, Washington ab. 3.000 Zuschauer brachten Einnahmen in Höhe von $ 85,000.

Am 17. Oktober 2010 waren der RAW und der SmackDown! Brand in Salt Lake City, im US Bundesstaat Utah zu Gast. 4.000 Zuschauer besuchten die Supershow, die Einnahmen betrugen $ 100,000.

Noch am selben Tag hielt WWE eine weitere Supershow in Lethbridge, Alberta, Kanada ab. 2.500 Zuschauer bescherte der WWE Einnahmen in Höhe von $ 75,000.

Am 19. Oktober 2010 gastierte SmackDown! für eine Househow in in Edmonton, Alberta, Kanada, zu der insgesamt 7.000 Menschen kamen.
